2017 Rosso 39 by Borgoverde Soc Agricola won ‘Gold,’ ‘Best in the show by Country,’ ‘Best in the show by varietal’ at the 2021 Paris Wine Cup. 2017 Rosso 39 is a Full body with ripe red fruits with long-lasting blackcurrant and cherry flavors. Pepper spices on the finish. 

Rosso 39 can be pair best with Gnocchi with goose sauce with a knife, baked duck with mashed potatoes, roasted goose.

2019 "Rive di Santo Stefano” Spumante Extra Dry by Drusian Azienda Agricola Drusian Francesco won ‘Gold’ at the 2021 Paris Wine Cup. 2019 "Rive di Santo Stefano” Spumante Extra Dry is floral with white peach flavors. The attack is ample, the bubbles are rich and satisfying. It delivers pear and apricot aromas.

A quick tip "Rive di Santo Stefano” Spumante Extra Dry is a great sparkling for an aperitif or tapas.

Dirupo Extra Dry

2019 Dirupo Extra Dry by Azienda Agricola Andreola Di Stefano Pola won ‘Gold,’ & ‘Best in the show Varietal’ at the 2021 Paris Wine Cup. 2019 Dirupo Extra Dry has Delightful aromas of pear, apple, and peach. The palate is both refreshing and bright with citrus aromas. The finish is long and with a slightly sweet sensation. 

Dirupo Extra Dry can be paired with oysters or mussels.

2016 Siresol Severino Collezione Jako Wine By Jako Wine Aerologistik Srl won ‘Gold’ at the 2021 Paris Wine Cup. 2016 Siresol Severino Collezione Jako Wine is a full-bodied red wine that has flavors of cherries, plums, and strawberries. The wine has notes of vanilla, cedar, and chocolate. 

Siresol Severino Collezione Jako Wine should be served with red meat or aged cheese.

2019 Cartizze by Azienda Agricola Andreola Di Stefano Pola won ‘Gold,’ at the 2021 Paris Wine Cup. 2019 Cartizze is Aromatic sparkling wine that showcases white flowers, white peaches, and red apples. The wine has flavors of pear, lychee, and crisp green apple. 

Cartizze would pair well with a cheese board or apple pie.

Yaro Rosso Di Toscana IGT

2017 Yaro Rosso Di Toscana IGT by Borratella won ‘Silver’ at the 2021 Paris Wine Cup. Aromatic red wine with notes of plum, red cherry, raspberry, and vanilla.

Vermentino Di Gallura Superiore DOCG Serenata

2019 Vermentino Di Gallura Superiore DOCG Serenata by Silvio Carta SRL won ‘Silver’ at the 2021 Paris Wine Cup. Aromatic white with peach, raisin, lemon. Round and expressive with fruity hints in the end. Flavors of apricot, yogurt, grapefruit peels, and blood orange zest. 

Vermentino Di Gallura Superiore DOCG Serenata should be paired with rich and creamy on the palate.
