The journey of Jordan Vineyards & Winery began in 1953 when Muthieb M. Haddad, truly a wine visionary – far ahead of his time brought the art and science of winemaking to his homeland, Jordan. Three generations later, the journey he started, still continues.

Produced by Eagle distilleries and haddad estate and vineyards, Jordan - 2019 JR Classic Cabernet Sauvignon is made of the best of grapes and released as an unoaked young vintage. Each bottle carries a single variety’s characteristics and aromas with a crisp taste and medium finish.

JR Classic Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied wine with an elegant violet color. Releasing lovely strawberry, raspberry, and intriguing black currant aromas with delicate spiciness on the palate, it is well structured and well balanced with characterized fruit finish and rich depth.

At 15°C, 2019 JR Classic Cabernet Sauvignon tastes ideal with red meat, pasta with tomato-based sauces, and lamb.

2017 JR Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine that is matured for 12 months in French Barrique, refined in our ideal cellars for at least one year. Richly ripe and subtle for consumption upon release and yet age-worthy in proper cellaring. Explore the endlessly intriguing aroma of black currant with berry notes as well as vanilla and chocolate on the palate. This Cabernet is rich yet subtle with a long finish.

At 16°C, 2017 JR Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon pairs well with all meats, pasta, steak, and roasted meat.

Well balanced, full bodied and smooth creamy wine, 2018 JR Reserve Chardonnay comes with a bright golden appeal. Ripe apples on the nose, smooth – tropical fruit hints with vanilla overtones and stone fruit aromas. Crispy texture with slight vanilla overtone due to 3-6 months ageing in French Oak Barrique and hulb-stuck barrels that enhances the aromas and amplifies structure.

Served atAt 10°C, 2018 JR Reserve Chardonnay pairs excellently with chicken, buttery dishes as well as with roasted turkey, salmon, halibut and creamy cheeses.

Produced and aged in Jordan’s oldest and largest wine cellar under constant temperature and humidity control in one of the most challenging environments. The team of Eagle Distilleries believe that this wine has achieved its zenith and they are proud to share it with you.

Bronze Medal Winner Wine: 2011 JR Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

From the 2011 harvest; a selection of carefully hand picked grapes from the oldest vines in Jordan’s Northern Highlands and Mafraq Plateau vineyards is used for 2011 JR Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 35 months in a variety of individually unique French Oak Barriques to enhance its development of which only 5052 bottles have been produced.

2011 JR Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied wine with ruby red color. The blast of black fruits and dark chocolates aromas complements the flavors of blackberries, blackcurrant and black pepper. The long ageing in barrique has rounded the tannins of the majestic cabernet, enhancing hints of vanilla and oak with a wonderful smooth finish.

Served at 16˚C, 2011 JR Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon goes well with short ribs, brisket, steaks or strong cheeses. Decant well before serving.
