1. Le Verre Vole

Located at the Canal Saint-Martin Spot, Le Verre Vole, a beautiful restaurant that opened back in 2000. The setting of the restaurant projects that typical eastern Paris style. As soon as you step in, you'll be greeted by the T-short sporting waiters in their de rigueur scruff. The dining room's lo-fi and mismatched setting adds to the overall charm.

As you settle down, you'll be treated to the terroir-driven, natural wines, especially from small producers that thrive in biodynamic viticulture together with what is described as conventional vinification methods.

The menu contains pate en croute and boudin noir. The meaty, tasty plats du jour, fresh and light seasonal dishes offer excellent freestyle dining –all at an incredibly low price for such value: $9 for Corkage.

2. Le Garde Robe

Here are casual looking restaurants lying close to Les Halles and serves cheese, charcuterie, and crudités that compliment perfectly the unfiltered, lusty wines on the offer list.
I find it hard to believe the price range—so affordable yet commanding high value. A couple of bottles will slash down the actual price of your meal.

Le Garde Robe has opened a new branch located within the 17th arrondissement. However, the mother restaurant and its creaky floor design still command that ancient Paris character, coupled with the lively crowd it brings in and out each year.

3. Les Papilles

Everything about this restaurant is lovely. Les Papilles Bertrand Blury's coveted shop serves a simple, pop-in type of lunch in the daytime and a superb family-style 4-course feast that only costs $35.

Customers are free to grab their bottles from the shelves and hit the meal ground running with a velvety veloute ladie. Gently cooked lamb shoulder comes next, and a great rice pudding and a hunk of well ripe Saint Nectaire.

4. La Cremerie

Starting from $11, you can enjoy the tasty wines and sweat smelling gourmand groceries piled up high in this restaurant shining with silver design.

La Cremerie is located in the 6th arrondissement, on a spot that once housed a shop. La Cremerie is famous for its lunch and dinner service, including a pate of duck nibble, olive oiled chevre, or saucisson. On average, things are expensive down there, but you will get a good deal for valuable wine, depending on what you want.

5. Chez Papa

The Chez Papa restaurant is located in several parts of the city. The place is usually boisterous and almost packed all the time. It is one of the few spots where you can find the best copious French, southwest pattern salads, and actual courses.

Delicacies like duck breast (magret de canard) with gingerbread crumbs pan-seared with foie gras, or with leeks for as low as $25.
The beautiful thing is with the wine. You can get yours by the glass based on your budget, with some of the options below $7.

6. Le Chapeau Melon

If you are searching for one of the French best-respected cavistes of natural wine, Olivier Camus is one, by day. You can get a valued wine on a budget in Le Chapeau Melon where you can spend less money and still retain good value on your wine. You only need to make your request known.

In the evenings, $34.52 will treat you to a surprise menu comprising beautiful oysters, langoustine carpaccio, with braised or ginger beef cheeks.

7. Legrand Filles et Fils

You're wrong if you think this tasting bar is only interested in wines. Ripened cheeses and Hardouin rillettes accompany your order when you stop for a bottle or glass.

Legrand Filles et Fils wine shop is located by the Galerie Viviene, one of Paris's most coveted and elegant passages.
Here is the catch: you'll get to bargain with them for the best deal, and from what visitors have said so far, you will most likely get a deal that suits your wine budget. Legrand is one of the poshest wine-food spots in Paris.

8. Le 5eme Cru

Operates more like a wine bar but offers cheese boards and well-sourced meats, plus a simple lunch of plats du jour. You will find it at the 5th arrondissement, at 7 rue du Cardinal Lemoine, to be precise. The experience is neither overwhelming nor disappointing.

While they have a nice collection of wines, numbering about 150, you need to know and state how many you intend to drink if you want to get the best value deal for your favorite wine.

9. Brasserie Thoumieux

A fancy restaurant managed by Marco Pelletier, Chef Sommelier, a tireless worker that strives to provide the best of the French wine list. The food aside, the wine mark-ups are surprisingly low when you compare it to others and the quality of its offerings.

A wine-less, 2-course meal will cost you $58. To know more about their wine deals and book a table for your next planned visit, get in touch with them.

10. Le Baratin

Le Baratin has been a haven for wine lovers for more than 20 years and counting. You will find it on Rue Jouye Rouve, and it's such a lovely and comfortable bistro with one of Paris's most famous cellars.
The restaurant has been doing one thing perfectly right; the price for their lunch menu, which cost just $21. That alone attracts a lot of people to book reservations in advance. The low prices, which also reflect on its variety of vintage and natural wines, make Baratin a top-of-the-list destination for thousands of people. You can't find a better wine deal elsewhere than what you have at Le Baratin. But, you have to call quickly to book a table.
